Wayne County Consolidated Plan Public Meetings and Survey Public Notice
Wayne County is in the process of completing the Needs Assessment and Market Analysis portions of their Consolidated Plan for HUD, which is a requirement of HUD’s CDBG, HOME, ESG programs. Public engagement is a required part of the Consolidated Planning process. They are asking for your assistance with this component.
A current Consolidated Plan (Con Plan) is necessary for Wayne County to distribute CDBG, HOME and ESG grant funds to subrecipients throughout the County in support of housing and community development objectives. The Con Plan assesses affordable housing needs and the existing market. With this information, community engagement develops specific action items that inform the Con Plan’s Annual Action Plan.
