City of Hamtramck Notice of Public Hearing

The City of Hamtramck ZBA will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 6:00pm via Zoom and streaming live on the city’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/CityofHamtramck/) due to the inability to gather in person because of COVID-19 concerns. The public is invited to virtually attend and comment or to make written comments before the date of the hearing. Address written comments to Mara Braciszewski, ATTN: ZBA, 3401 Evaline St., Hamtramck, MI 48212. The subject of the hearing is:
- 8610 Conant seeking a variance for a new curb cut from the following section of the Hamtramck Zoning Ordinance
- VI-1.06 g. No new driveways, service drives, or curb cuts shall be permitted off of any public road.
Please note: This notice is posted in compliance with PA 267 of 1976 as amended (Open Meetings Act), MCLA 41.71 a (2) (3) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
