Notice is hereby given that the County of Wayne has completed a Substantial Amendment to its 2016-2020 Consolidated Plan for the CDBG, HOME and ESG Programs and amendments to its 2017, 2018 and 2019 Annual Action Plans. Prior to submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), a draft of the Substantial Amendment, as well as the original 2016-2020 Consolidated Plan and the 2017, 2018 and 2019 Annual Action Plans are available for public review and comment.
